In its annual Judicial Candidates Poll, the Toledo Bar Association asked its members to rate judicial candidates as “highly recommended”, “recommended” or “not recommended” based upon integrity, legal ability, legal experience, fair-mindedness, promptness, professionalism, judicial temperament, public and community services, and other qualifications bearing upon their fitness for office.
Judge Linda Knepp was rated “highly recommended” by a majority of the responses for her race. She was either rated “recommended” or “highly recommended” by over 83 percent of those lawyers, and was rated more highly than her opponent by the responding members of the bar.
